The 13 apartments are laid out to maximize cross-ventilation and give as many units as possible access to a private terrace, improving natural thermal comfort.
-
3/12
It is located in the bustling neighbourhood of Pere Garau, to the east of Palma’s historic centre.

You enter not from the street, but through a cooling garden with a fountain, in the tradition of Palma’s beloved patio houses. In the shaded patio, water and vegetation establish an atmosphere of decompression before entering the apartments.

The apartments’ distribution is a simple array of rooms without corridors that, in terms of occupation, creates an open plan relatively permeable to the inhabitants.
